Once bin has been delivered and is on customer property it becomes under the customers control. The customer assumes full responsibility of the container and any damages or injuries that occur when under the customers control. The customer is also responsible for any improper waste or restricted substances placed in container, as well as any overweight fines that may occur from overloading.
